Email Orders:
Click here to order via email. Your order will be confirmed via email or by phone within 24 hours. We will put a 48-hour hold on your item(s) until payment arrangements are made. Payments must be received within 7 days of initial order, or item(s) will be returned to inventory. Shipping charges are not included in pricing.

Item Availability
All items are subject to prior sale. Slight variation in silver style or size can be expected as the silver is hand-crafted and at times may not appear or be available in the exact format as shown through the web-site.
Shipping Charges
Shipping and handling charges are not included in the pricing. Items are normally shipped via 1st class mail, Priority mail, or FedEx unless other arrangements are made. Items may be insured at your request.
Sales Tax
California residents are required by law to add sales tax, or provide a valid resale certificate.
Refunds
The vast majority of our customers are delighted with their jewelry purchases, however, should you decide to return your purchase for any reason, we will cheerfully issue you a full refund minus shipping charges, if all of the following conditions are met:
- You must notify us by e-mail within 48 hours of receipt of item(s).
- Return must be postmarked no later than 3 days after notification of intent to return, using same or similar shipping method, insuring for full purchase value.
- Item must be returned in the same original condition as received with no alterations or damage.
- A full refund/credit will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the item.
